We want to make durable, simple, affordable leather goods. Designer leather goods are mass produced and will set you back thousands of dollars since they pass all the costs down to you.

So why is Hemlock and Hyde different?
We use the highest quality materials! We've source the best vegetable tanned leather around. Made right here in the United States. (Our hardware is also US made!) Known for its strength and durability, it is the same kind of leather your Grandfather would have known. 

Our entire process is based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania!
What does that mean?
We draft, design, measure, measure again, cut, sew, burnish right here in our Philadelphia studio. Each item is handmade by us for you. You know where your goods are coming from. (not an overseas factory) 

Keeping costs down
Since our goods are made to order we don't have extra inventory lying around. Meaning we can keep our costs lower and only charge you for price of materials and the time it takes to make your leather good. Since we design and produce our own products we've cutout any markup that the middleman takes.
