Regular Season Shipping (January-September)

We are moving to a Waitlist system June 2024

Most of our items are made to order, We will have posted lead times on our front page for anticipated wait. We usually average 4-6 weeks wait time but this will vary depending on seasonality, new design launches, and orders in queue. We will email you with a tracking number as soon as your item is en route.  We appreciate your patience!

Holiday Season Shipping (October-December)

Each Holiday season has a Holiday cut-off date. This will be announced each year closer to October and will vary from year to year. We always suggested getting in orders for special occasions as early as you can to make sure you have it on time. This year may be a little different with the switch to a Waitlist System. 

$10 Flat rate shipping. Complimentary Delivery on Orders over $200 Within the United States.

International shipping: Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout. Cost will vary depending on location, size, weight of your order. This does not include local VAT or customs fees. Value added taxes are best calculated by your local government. All sales final on International orders.

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to send it back to us. 

The return shipping costs are on us. Once you send us an email, We will be in contact to get you a shipping label and process your return as quick as possible. (Returns will not be accepted without prior email confirming your return)

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we would love to know why. This is valuable information and we appreciate your feedback. 

Any item not in its original condition or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your return, inspect it to make sure it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Sale items/Customized/Digital Products/Pre-Loved

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned. Monogrammed or custom strap length bags are also ineligible for refund. Digital items including Patterns are not eligible for refund. Pre-Loved items are not returnable.


If you wish to exchange your purchase, Please send us an email explaining the situation. Bags must be unused in original condition. For example, if you purchase an English Tan bag and it was not the color you expected and you want to get the same Bag in Black, send us an email, send the bag back and we will ship out the new color. It's that simple. We want you to love your Hemlock and Hyde leather goods!
