The return shipping costs are on us. Once you send us an email, Nick@hemlockandhyde.com. We will be in contact to get you a shipping label and process your return as quick as possible.

Any item not in its original condition or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive your return, inspect it to make sure it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned
If you wish to exchange your purchase, Please send us an email explaining the situation. For example, if you purchase an English Tan bag and it was not the color you expected and you want to get the same Bag in Black, send us an email, send the bag back and we will ship out the new color.
